Buckinghamshire County Council (BCC) is requesting information about the potential interest from Providers to lease housing with care for older people on a site involving: 1) A nursing home from Bucks County Council and providing landlord and care functions; Or 2) A housing with care ‘village’ model from Bucks County Council including a nursing home and extra care housing, providing landlord and care functions The results of this exercise will provide the Council with key information to enable us to shape the feasibility of offering a contract to the market for the delivery of care, support and landlord functions for a nursing home for older people. This is a request for information and is NOT a tender. The deadline for responding to this request for information has been extended to Friday 29th July 2016. Keywords: adults, housing with care
