Design Our Digital Future We are looking to revolutionise the way we deliver community health services, and the way we interact with our service users, partners and staff. By creating a pioneering new digital ecosystem, we hope to change the way the NHS communicates locally and nationally. Help us make that mark. Who We Are The Leicestershire Partnership NHS Trust (LPT) provides families, young people and children's health services, adult mental health, learning disability and community health services for the 1 000 000 people who live in Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland. The Trust employs 5 400 staff in a variety of roles and it is estimated that 1 in 4 local people are cared for by LPT staff each year. We are an innovative Trust, that is continuously seeking to improve for the needs of our patients, services and staff. The Products Digital Framework The LLR Digital Framework is an overarching ecosystem that will bring service providers, service users, partners and employees together. The platform will provide secure 1 stop access not only to business related tools, applications and data, but confidential content around health, wellbeing, social care and more. Wellbeing Account The Wellbeing Account is a single nationally recognised, verified and issued login. The account will allow an individual secure access to a number of relevant tools, products, information and services included within the framework. Wellbeing Portal The content of the Wellbeing Portal will be harvested from a range of authorised provider's databases under the single ownership of the Wellbeing account holder. The Wellbeing Portal will be designed to be responsive and bring together a single view of an individual's key data across a number of service providers. Giving the individual the ability to access relevant tools, applications and data, as well as confidential content around not only their own health, wellbeing and social care but that of their relatives and those people they care for. The individual will also be able to share their own data with other authorised Wellbeing providers should they choose to. LPT — Website The LPT website will be redeveloped. The new website will grow with the business and will be designed to be responsive, content rich with great graphics, multi-media, a consistent look and feel, and will easily signpost users to relevant, current information providing quick and easy access to search facilities and relevant results. The website will be intuitive, be of modern appearance, be easy to navigate and use. The website will provide the ability to easily grow, manage and control content using a modern and reputable interface. WeAreLPT A virtual responsive workspace where staff and partners can access relevant tools, applications and data, the WeAreLPT workspace will become our new intranet. WeAreLPT will integrate and provide access to groups, information, social media feeds, applications and widgets relevant to the individual accessing it. WeAreLPT will empower individuals and group members to connect and share new ideas, questions and information promoting communication and collaboration across the organisation and beyond.
