ADVANCED REQUEST FOR QUOTATION PA Systems For Remembrance Sunday Services 2016 Contract Term Starts November 2016 With A Further 1+1 Year Extension Any extension to the contract will be dependant on the bidder being able to demonstrate as a minimum Contract performance. Background Information Remembrance Sunday Services are held in November each year and jointly organised between the Royal British Legion and Sefton Council's Civic and Mayoral Services. These Services are held at each of the Cenotaphs in the four main areas of Bootle, Crosby, Southport and Waterloo. Sefton Council is looking for a suitable supplier to provide PA Systems for these services at the following locations:- Southport: 4 x Multi-directional PA towers with monitor fills. 2 x Radio mics, sound desk and amplifiers to suit. Plus staff and engineer to suit required time allocated. Industrial cable trunking for public highway etc. Waterloo: 6 Way PA system plus desk & amps Microphone and radio mic Staff and engineer to suit time allocated. Bootle: 6 Way PA system plus desk, 4 x additional speakers Amps and microphone to suit Staff and engineer to suit time allocated. Alexandra Park Waterloo: 2 Way PA system plus desk amps and microphone Staff and engineer to suit time allocated Plus easy-up canopy for band.
