MEET THE BUYER EVENT – PRE-BOOKING REQUIRED Cleaning, Janitorial and Catering Products Date: 10th August 2016 Location: Cheshire East Council, Municipal Building, Earle Street Town Centre, Crewe CW1 2BH – room S3 (new building) As part of Cheshire East Council’s early engagement we are inviting potential suppliers of cleaning, catering and janitorial supplies to come along to our offices to meet the buyers who will be involved in the tendering process for the new Cleaning, Janitorial and Catering Products contract(s). Any Supplier wishing to attend will book a 20 minute slot and will have a one to one meeting with the buyers. This is an opportunity for suppliers to demonstrate their products, show us samples, discuss what you can offer us, show us literature, ask questions, discuss latest innovations on the market. The choice is yours. The Following times are available and spaces will be booked on a first come, first served basis. Hurry, spaces are limited!!: 9 am 9.30 am 10 am 10.30 am 11 am 11.30 am 12 noon 12.30 pm 1.30pm 2 pm 2.30 pm 3 pm 3.30 pm 4 pm 4.30 pm Please indicate your preferred time below and we will confirm your booking by email. Due to time constraints we will be unable to meet with any suppliers who haven’t booked a time slot. Due to time constraints we will adhere to the time slots allocated on the day and may be unable to accommodate any suppliers who are running late.
