MARKETING REVIEW FOR CHESHAM TOWN COUNCIL'S LEISURE FACILITIES

Tender description

Chesham Town Council invites marketing agents and companies to submit proposals for work to support its main leisure businesses through marketing communications initiatives. Chesham Town Council is looking to commission a full marketing review of its commercial business functions, the Elgiva Theatre and the Moor Gym & Swim leisure facility. The chosen agency or agencies will work closely with Town Council Officers, including the Managers of both facilities and the review will link directly to the strategic objectives of Chesham Town Council. The aim is to enhance the status of both facilities and to develop and grow them in line with market changes and demands. The review will closely examine the current marketing communication provision of each facility and evaluate the offer that each business brings to its customers. It will also propose practical short and long-term marketing initiatives that will enhance their offer and guarantee the future of these valuable community assets both in the present and for future generations.
