Tender description
The London Borough Croydon is seeking multi-disciplinary consultancy services for its Growth Zone delivery programme of infrastructure development to enable the Central Opportunity Area (COA) to accommodate the delivery of 23,594 new jobs with a further 5097 jobs created during the construction phase, the creation of at least 5900 homes, the wholesale renewal of the retail core and to ensure the COA is an attractive place and viable place to live, work and invest.
