Solent LEP, via it's accountable body Portsmouth City Council, is inviting expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced providers to tender for this project. The scope of which will comprise of but may not be limited to produce an interim Outline Business Case in 2016/17 for an updated Chickenhall Lane Link Road (CLLR) set within the context of a new overarching access strategy required to facilitate the development of the regionally significant strategic site at Southampton Airport Economic Gateway (formerly known as Eastleigh Riverside). The initial contract period will be for 9 weeks subject to performance and agreement of all parties.
