Liverpool City Council requires a self-managed Public Key Infrastructure (MPKI) for the renewal and issuance of SSL certificates for a number of hardware platforms. Liverpool City Council also requires on-line and telephone support (as a minimum) and a set of security tools that will assist with the issuances.
