Tender description
Tuesday 16th August 2016, 1.30pm to 3pm. The London Borough of Merton would like to invite interested providers to attend a market warming event in relation to the provision of healthy lifestyles services in the borough. This service includes a number of linked components that provide support to Merton residents to lead healthy lifestyles. These include NHS Health Checks, a universal health improvement offer -covering the use of digital interventions, a targeted stop smoking service and the identification, training and support of ‘place shapers’ who will work in local organisations to support residents and colleagues to take care of themselves.
