Applications to be considered for inclusion on the tender list are invited from suitably experienced Project Managers, Cost Consultants and Employers Agents to undertake the following opportunity, consultants are asked to note that this EOI for inclusion on the tender list is aimed at chartered consultancies with experience of providing cost management and advice as well as Employers Agent services. The works are to be delivered under a JCT Design and Build form of contract and advisors must have experience in delivering complex buildings on school construction projects. The services for this commission relate to the design and construction of the two new classrooms accommodation plus learning support areas and parent staff parking/ parent drop off areas from RIBA stage 3 to 6.
