Tender description

Irish Aid requires expert services to engage on a technical level with OECD-DAC and to produce a clean and verified data set for Irish Aid’s contribution to international climate finance. Tenders from an individual or a firm will be considered. The services required include background research, analysis and technical liaison with relevant Departments e.g. Department of Environment, Community and Local Government. The dataset will contribute towards Ireland’s OECD-DAC and UNFCCC reports by tracking expenditures meeting relevant criteria through the ODA budget.
