Tender description

Warwick District Council is seeking an experienced, established theatre production company to work with the Council to produce the Royal Spa Centre's annual Christmas pantomime. The contract duration shall be 1.11.2016 to 3.1.2021 and shall encompass four pantomime productions over a 4 year period, the first to be delivered in December 2017 (including pantomime seasons 2017/18, 2018/19, 2019/20, 2020/21). At the end of the contract period there will be the option to renew for a further 12 months, which will be reviewed on an annual basis for a maximum of a further 3 years (including pantomime seasons 2021/22, 2022/23, 2023/24).
