Tender description

Crown Commercial Service (CCS), as the Contracting Authority, intends to invite tenders for the supply of Automatic Monitoring and Targeting (AM&T) Services and Energy Management Software for all utilities (including but not limited to gas, electricity, water, liquid fuels). Tenders will also be invited for the provision of Half Hourly Electricity Meter Operator Provider services including Data Collection/Data Aggregation services. The exact details of the contractual arrangements and whether these requirement will be split into further lots has yet to be decided. The values noted below are estimated and for guidance purposes only. These estimates are based on an approximation of potential public sector utility supply points (covering gas, electricity, water and bunkered fuels) and are based on CCS current customer records. The estimates provided do not factor in potential future site acquisition or disposal, or the quantity of meters fitted with automatic meter read or telemetry hardware.
