Tender description

The works included in this Contract will comprise the location and repair of leaks on customers' supply pipes and where necessary and when instructed by the Employer the replacement of customers' supply pipes, together with temporary reinstatement of all openings made by the Contractor in connection with the works. There is further a requirement to provide 24hr plumbing services for SESW. This work will consist of repairs to customers' plumbing systems where damage has been caused by activities undertaken by SESW such as planned maintenance or the repair of burst mains. Such activities can cause local issues such as blocked ball valves, showers and boilers etc.
