West Berkshire District Council is seeking a suitable provider to deliver Health Visiting and School Nursing Services to improve the health outcomes for the population of 0 - 19 year old children and their families and to reduce health inequalities. The Health Visiting and School Nursing Services will consist of specialist community public health nurses (SCPHN) and skill mix teams which will provide expert information, assessments and interventions to families and work in partnership with a range of different agencies. Economic operators must indicate their interest in writing via the portal (http://www.westberks.mytenders.org) and are to note that contracts will be awarded without any further publication and that no further notification shall be published in the Official Journal of the European Union.
