Tender description
Poplar HARCA requires a contractor to provide cleaning services to its community buildings and other buildings. Poplar HARCA requires a cleaning contractor predominantly for its community buildings but also other buildings owned or managed by Poplar HARCA. The services include (but are not limited to): — Cleaning of the inside of community buildings and possibly other buildings; — Some non-regular and emergency cleaning (if required); — Provision of all cleaning materials, equipment and chemicals necessary to meet the standards of cleanliness required; — Provision of consumables; — Window cleaning; — Wash-room services; — Local waste management.
