Tender description

Croydon Health Services NHS Trust's objectives for this procurement are to obtain cleaning in clinical and non clinical areas and portering services which are demonstrably and auditably of very high-quality, and which are provided at a consistent and forecastable price which gives the tax payer excellent value for money. It is the authority's intention, subject to compliant delivery of services, that the contract duration will be 5 years, with an option for the Authority to extend this by 2 further periods of 1 year, giving a maximum possible contract duration of 7 years. Locations: The Services are required at the following Locations: Croydon University Hospital, 530 London Road, Croydon, CR7 7YE. Purley War Memorial Hospital, 856 Brighton Road, Purley, CR8 2YL. Sickle Cell and Thalassaemia Centre, 316-320 Whitehorse Road, Croydon, CR0 7LR. Shirley Clinic, 135 Shirley Road, Shirley, CR0 7LR. Waddon Clinic, 1A Coldharbour Road, Waddon, CR0 4DY. Rainbow Health Centre, 141 Brigstock Road, Thornton Heath, CR7 7JN. Sanderstead Clinic, 40 Rectory Park, Sanderstead, CR2 9JN Tollgate, Malling Close, CR0 7UD.
