Car Parks Assessment of Hinckley Town Centre

The Borough Council is seeking the services of a suitably experienced consultant to undertake a Hinckley Town Centre Car Parks Study. The Council would like to establish the level of parking available in Hinckley Town centre, and the existing and future levels of use to plan positively to achieve the right level of parking provision in Hinckley. The key objectives for this study are:- · To identify current and future demand for car parks in Hinckley Town Centre · To identify under / over provision, and opportunities to change provision and management of car parks to meet future demand. · To produce a car parks evidence base to inform options for the review of the Local Plan.
