ARFQ - To provide Sefton Council with Additional Resource for the Development of a New Target Operating Model for Key Council Services

Tender description

Sefton Council currently outsources a number of key services under a 10 year agreement which commenced in October 2008. These services are: • ICT • Revenue & Benefits • Customer Services • Transactional HR & Payroll; and • Accounts Payable This agreement is due to end in September 2018, and Sefton Council has commenced a programme of work to determine the specification that supports the optimum delivery model for the services after that date, and that reflects the business requirements of the Council & the Resource envelope available. As part of this programme, Sefton Council is seeking external expertise to help develop these business requirements and identify the optimum target operating model for the abovementioned key Council services.
