Tender description

The Scottish Seabird Centre is seeking to appoint an Architect led multi-disciplinary design team to prepare design proposals for the extension and alterations to the SSC to form the National Marine Centre along with a phasing and delivery strategy. This includes all of the disciplines necessary to deliver the design, consents and delivery of the completed facility (RIBA Plan of Work 2013 Stages 1-7). Refer to additional documents available from Public Contracts Scotland. Returns should be submitted via Public Contracts Scotland, no paper copies will be accepted. Further to this any questions or communications must be sent via the Public Contracts Scotland Portal.
