Wiltshire Council are looking to appoint a main contractor to enter into a design and build contract with them to oversee the completion of the technical design, construction, commissioning and handover of a 60 Unit Extra Care Home (ECH) in Amesbury which is the purpose of this Invitation to Tender. Wiltshire Council have an extensive New Council House Building Programme which over the course of the next several years will see the construction and delivery of a large number of new housing units across Wiltshire.
