Tender description

Due to lack of submissions received for Lot 3, in line with the award criteria, Lot 3 is being reopened for PQQ Submissions. (Note that the University will not accept PQQs for Lot 1 and Lot 2). Please note that BS OHSAS 18001 and ISO 9001 are no longer mandatory requirements for Lot 3. SSIP and an internal Quality Management System is. • Lot 3 covers individual jobs >£100k in value. Lot 3 will form a Framework Agreement comprised of three (3) Contractors. Each call-off for the works required under Lot 3 will be conducted via further-competition. The term of the Contract(s)/Framework Agreement will be for a period of 3 years (with an option to extend for up to a further 12 months subject to satisfactory performance and agreement by both parties). The Contract is expected to commence on 01st December 2016.
