As part of the Business Services Centre the Human Resource Department provide Recruitment Services across the four Council directorates. This opportunity was for professional advice and market knowledge of a Recruitment specialist to compliment and facilitate the recruitment process. HR require the assurance of a professional and expert market knowledge and in-depth understanding of the Public Sector to advise and assist on advertising methods and recruitment options to ensure application of the most appropriate media to support individual campaigns. The branding used in the advertising process is expected to assist with building the Council's strategic approach to resourcing, and promote the Council as an employer of choice in the market place through brand development and to identify areas to reduce costs. EPSO framework 3A - Advertising and Communications, Recruitment and Resourcing Related Services with further competition was utilised.
