LCC is in the process of undertaking an exercise to recommission home care services in Lancashire for older people, people with physical disabilities, people with learning disabilities/autism and people with mental health needs. Prior to the procurement, we wish to consult key stakeholders about key elements of our plans. All responses received will be considered as we finalise our approach to recommissioning the service. Following the consultation it is LCC's intention to advertise the procurement of the home-care framework within the next 12 months. It is our intention that district/borough and city councils and CCG in the Lancashire footprint may access the framework. Learning taken from the consultation and any possibly clarifications will be documented on the contract notice for the Procurement.
