On behalf of North Lincolnshire Council and North East Lincolnshire Council, North Lincolnshire Council has concluded a procurement exercise for a Framework for the Provision of Printing and Publication Services. North Lincolnshire Council and North East Lincolnshire operate a collaborative partnership for all printing and design projects. Whereas a large proportion of work is commissioned in house, this framework agreement will form the basis for the print Hub+ external procurement strategy. NLC and NELC produce a wide range of printed promotional material and stationary items. Although they can print many such items using in-house plant there are occasions when it is more economically advantageous for them to offer all or part of such work to external suppliers.
