Measured Term Maintenance Works for Medical Gas Pipeline Services, Plant and Equipment - CHS16-030 - V2

Tender description

Contractors are invited to submit a (fixed price) quotation for the maintenance of the MGPS installed at Croydon Health Services (CHS). The Contractor is required to undertake all small works items as instructed during the contract period as described in this specification and in accordance with the HTM 02-01, Part B Section 10 and relevant manufacturer's recommendations. This maintenance contract will be for one calendar year period starting from approx 22nd September 2016. This may be extended, by the Trust in one-year periods for a maximum of five years contract term. Contract includes: 1. All terminal units, however mounted; 2. All alarm systems associated with the medical gas systems; 3. All visible medical gas pipelines and their means of isolation; 4. All manifolds, including emergency reserve manifolds; 5. All medical and surgical air compressor plant; 6. All vacuum plant; 7. All AGSS plant and ancillaries.
