Invitation to tender for replacement fascias, soffits, bargeboards and rainwater goods to various properties in South Somerset

Tender description

Yarlington is seeking tenders from experienced and highly qualified Contractors to carry out the replacements of fascias, soffits, barge boards and rainwater goods to 84 properties in South Somerset. Each property will vary in terms of the work required but full details of what work is required at each property is detailed in the Programme of Works. Please refer to Appendix 1. The Specification may vary slightly from site to site, however the general specification of works will be broadly in line with that as set out in Appendix 2 and 3.
