Tender description

Upgrade from current software Acolaid to Uniform on Oracle 12c, a supported system which is PSN compliant, enabling the organization to continue using a case management system. NHDC received notification in November 2015 that Oracle were planning to de-support their version of case management software from May 2017. Users were expected to move across to a supported version of Oracle (v12c). Following discussion with the existing supplier it was clear that the software would have to be upgraded to Uniform prior to the de-support date. Moving to the new platform will incur additional costs, taking the value of this procurement above the EU threshold for Services.
