Tender description
The service will be delivered to people living in twenty (20) self-contained flats within an extra care scheme provided by the Commissioner. The service will deliver personalised support that offers an enabling environment for individuals. The Provider will deliver support on a 24 hours per day basis and 365 days per year. In addition to the provision for the 20 flats within the extra care scheme, the Provider will deliver a service to an assessment flat facility which is located within the building. No Lots.
