Tender description

NHS England, Greater Manchester are the accountable authority for the provision of GP practice services in the Greater Manchester area. Under the co-commissioning arrangements in place from April 2015, Clinical Commissioning Groups have delegated responsibility. NHS Tameside and Glossop CCG are proposing to commission 4 APMS contracts which are currently delivered from: Millbrook Medical Practice, Hollybank, Off Grove Road, Stalybridge, SK15 3BJ; Droylsden Medical Practice, 1-3 Albion Drive, Droylsden, Manchester, M43 7NP; Guide Bridge Medical Practice, Guide Lane, Audenshaw, M34 5HY; Ashton GP Service, 193 Old Street, Ashton-under-Lyne, OL6 7SR. The aim of the services are to deliver essential, additional and enhanced services to registered patients of each practice. It is proposed that the terms and conditions of service, including tariff arrangements, will reflect those contained in General Medical Services contracts.
