This opportunity is a mini competition (call-off) from Wigan Council's Ethical Community Living Framework (Contract Number 129) under Lot 6 — ‘Housing with Care for Adults’. Wigan Council is looking to commission a ‘Specialist Forensic Support Service’ to provide 24 hour care and support for the individual described in the Pen Picture appended a schedule 1. The service will provide support to meet schizophrenic and forensic needs managing risk to both themselves and others, reducing the likelihood and risk of re-offending. The service will ensure the individual has an active and fulfilled life within their community whilst effectively monitoring and safely managing risk.
