GBC DB Cladding and Roofing Consultancy Services for Mount and Bishops Court, Guildford, Surrey - AWARD

Tender description

Guildford Borough Council, the Contracting Authority, have a requirement for Architectural, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Contract Administration and Project Management services for a project to deliver external cladding and the renewal of roof coverings for two blocks of flats. The two blocks of flats are local authority owned and are located at The Mount, Guildford. The successful tenderer will be responsible for delivering an evaluation and appraisal of the options, specifying and tendering the cladding and roofing works and managing the Project through to completion of the works on site and to final account. This is a competitive procurement exercise conducted using the Surrey Collaboration Project- Consultancy Services Framework Agreement (OJEU Notice Number 2011/S 18-028839 and OJEU Notice Number 2011/S 30-048497). The Contracting Authority will seek competitive tenders in a mini tender competition from participating suppliers from Lot 1 of the framework agreement. The underlying contract will be JCT Consultancy Agreement (Public Sector) 2011.
