We require training to fit in line with our current employment initiatives which involve customers undergoing 6 months paid work experience within various sectors. Delivery of the qualifications must be flexible to accommodate individual requirements and learning needs. In some situations we will require all relevant observations to be completed within the first 5-6 months to fit in with work experience placements, with written work completed in the last phase of the training. All work placements are located within the Liverpool area. Use of online training, blended learning, long distance learning and tutor guidance to support theoretical learning and development is acceptable if the training provider is unable to provide classroom base.
