Tender description
The design, supply, installation, commissioning and maintenance (for a period of one year) of a containerised ice generating plant at Scrabster Harbour, Thurso, Scotland. Open procedure in accordance with the requirements of the Utilities Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015 (SI 2016/45) (UCSR 2016) for the purpose of procuring the supply described in the draft NEC3 EC Contract Option A (Design, Supply and Install) and Schedule (including Works Information and Site Information). whose ESPD submission satisfies the selection criteria will have their Tenders assessed against the Award Criteria.
