Summary of the work This individual will be responsible for the design, prototyping and migration of End User Device services, primarily around the Apple Mac platform and associated support services. This will also cover mobile devices. Specialist role Technical Architect Expected Contract Length 6 months Latest start date 31/07/2016 Maximum Day Rate £550 pd Who Speclialist Work With work as part of the IT Transformation Programme team within Digital dept What Specialists Work On JAMF Casper Building Mac Images to OS X Il Capitan (10.11) Software packaging/distribution Managing deploying mobile devices including Android and iOS and use of the Apple Device Enrollment Program Underlying Apple OS, iOS and Android troubleshooting skills Strong understanding of device security including certificates Anti-virus/malware products Experience deploying and building on Vmware and/or hyper V Any Cloud Printing experience beneficial Familiarity with standard office tools e.g. Trello, Google Apps, MS Office etc Able to work well in a pressurised environment to strict timescales Experience of Agile working Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision Good communication skills Some travel required Skills & Experience • Agile • Apple Mac • iOS • Casper • anti-virus Nice to Haves • Cloud Printing • Vmware • hyper-v Work Location 1 Victoria Street, London Working Arrangments normal office hours Security Clearance Basic disclosure, but SC would be better No. of Specialists to Evaluate 5 Cultural Fit Criteria • Transparent and collaborative when making decisions • Work as a team with our organisation and other suppliers Evaluation Weighting Technical competence 45% Cultural fit 10% Price 45% Questions from Suppliers 1.
