Tender description

This is a contract award notice, not a new tender opportunity. NES are seeking to commission an experienced supplier to design and develop an attractive and engaging e-learning programme and associated resources. It is anticipated that the learning time to complete each of the 19 modules will be in the region of one hour. Completion of the first phase is 31.3.2016, 2 subsequent phases may be awarded, the 3rd phase would end 31.3.2018.
