Tender description

Dover District Council (and on behalf of Canterbury City Council and Thanet District Council) is looking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced contractor for the provision of gas servicing and heating installations. Management of the Councils social housing stock is delegated to East Kent Housing Ltd (EKH) an arms length management organisation (ALMO) set up and owned by Canterbury City Council, Dover, Thanet and Shepway District Councils, to manage their respective council social housing services and the successful contractor will work directly to and with East Kent Housing in the delivery of the contract. Completed pre-qualification questionnaire documents must be submitted electronically via the Kent Business Portal by no later than 17:00 on Friday 5.8.2016. Following the evaluation of the pre-qualification questionnaires the shortlisted contractors will be invited to tender.
