Tender description
The adjacent land owner will construct a 2-level basement car park, including 194 spaces for the use of the Station Facility Owner as an integral part of the adjacent landowners wider development works. Once the car park has been delivered to Network Rail, Network Rail will then sell 2 sites with a total area of 0,792 ha for future development to the developer.
