Tender description

The International Leadership Programme (ILP) will develop and support a cohort of 12-15 confident and capable CEO and senior Directors each year, who are competent to lead scalable, innovative companies and are enthusiastic to develop new market opportunities. The programme aims to accelerate their plans and opportunities to progress into new and additional markets. The procurement will be undertaken in three parts and will include: The executive educational content; A business support package including master classes and coaching; and The project management of the ILP. There will also be the opportunity for participants to take part in an international learning journey and this activity will be procured separately. This brief is specifically and only for the Business Support and Masterclass Elements and will be for an initial period of 1 year with the option to extend by further periods of 1 year each up to a total maximum contract length of 4 years. This will be subject to review of outcomes, performance and demand.
