Tender description

The International Leadership Programme (ILP) will develop and support a cohort of 12-15 confident and capable CEO and senior Directors each year, who are competent to lead scalable, innovative companies and are enthusiastic to develop new market opportunities. The programme aims to accelerate their plans and opportunities to progress into new and additional markets. The procurement will be undertaken in 3 parts and will include: The executive educational content; a business support package; including master classes and coaching; and The project management for the ILP. There will also be the opportunity for participants to take part in an international learning journey and this activity will be procured separately. This brief is for the educational element and will be for an initial period of 1 year with the option to extend by further periods of 1 year each up to a total maximum contract length of 4 years. This will be subject to review of outcomes, performance and demand. It is expected that the educational element of each programme will span a 6 -12 month period. The final content of the modules will be decided during the design process between the successful tenderer and the ILP project team. Separate procurement exercises will be implemented for the business support package and the project management.
