The provision of banking services for 3 local authorities who are collaborating together on this procurement project. The 3 authorities are Cambridge City Council (CCC — acting as procurement lead authority), South Cambridgeshire District Council (SCDC) and Northampton Borough Council (NBC). The procurement process is being run jointly. The service is for the provision, maintenance and operation of each participating Council's bank accounts, covering numerous operations and transactions including for example handling of debit and credit transactions, bulk cash and cheque deposits, electronic and internet banking and data reconciliation services.
