Who Speclialist Work With You will be working as a part of a multidisciplinary agile team; interacting with User Researcher, Delivery Manager, Product Manager, and most importantly with Users. To tackle the kinds of challenges we face you need to be able to handle everything from big picture complexity down to the fine details of an interface, whilst always keeping the experience for the user front and centre. Where the Work Takes Place UK Trade & Investment, 1 Victoria Street, SW1H 0ET Early Market Engagement Working Arrangements Work will be on-site in London (Mon-Fri). Work Location UK Trade & Investment, 1 Victoria Street, SW1H 0ET Security Clearance BPSS is required for all personnel Additional T&Cs Skills & Experience Strong foundation in User-Centred Design with an ability to identify user needs, business requirements and create and iterate design solutions Being comfortable working at both ends of the scale, from the big picture, high level flows and journeys to the detail of individual elements on screen. Use of lean UX/Agile tools, techniques and a passion for working as part of an agile team Basic research skills including leading guerrilla research when necessary and participate in user research sessions and analysis Do rapid, lightweight prototyping, from paper to interactive. Tackle the design of a service that may have multiple digital touchpoints, as well as offline elements. Understanding the bigger picture and defining the overall user experience is critical. Experience designing for different screen sizes and input methods (e.g. touch, mouse and keystroke) Nice to Haves Visual design capability A design-related degree or masters qualification is desirable Use relevant tools (e.g. the Adobe suite, Sketch, Omnigraffle) No. of Specialists to Evaluate 10 Cultural Fit Criteria Work as a team with our organisation and other suppliers Transparent and collaborative when making decisions Ability to work with users at all levels Assessment Method Evaluation Weighting Technical competence 60% Cultural fit 20% Price 20% Questions from Suppliers No questions have been answered yet Budget range
