This competition is being conducted under the restricted procedure. In the 1st instance, interested parties are required to complete and submit the electronic Pre-Qualification Questionnaire. Candidates will be assessed on the basis of the rules, criteria and weightings set out in section ‘Selection Criteria for Haulage Services 2017’ , which are aimed at establishing the technical and professional abilities of candidates as well as their financial standing. Candidates who are selected for inclusion on the tender lists will be issued a formal Invitation to Tender, which will include details of the particular tender package and the award criteria. This is the Pre-Qualification Questionnaire for Framework Agreements for Haulage Services 2017.
