Tender description

The aim of this tender is to procure collecting, sorting and delivery services for library items across thirteen Local Authorities from service providers to provide a cost effective and efficient method of moving library stock to and from each library branch across the library branch network. This will be a pilot service for the period July – December 2016. The findings of the pilot service will determine the viability and effectiveness of a national collecting, sorting and delivery service for all public library branches within thirty local authorities throughout Ireland.
