Choice Housing Ireland require a 365 days a year social alarm and out of hours monitoring service. Choice currently has properties throughout Ireland, Oaklee Housing manages the properties in the Republic of Ireland and any tenderer should have the capacity to provide cover the whole of Ireland, North and South. Choice Housing Ireland seeks to appoint 1 suitably qualified, experienced and financially sound economic operator to carry out a 365 day, out of hour's remote social alarm, out of hours alarm calls, morning calls and response maintenance monitoring service for all Choice and Oaklee Housing stock as detailed in the specification relating to the Contracting Authorities requirements. The appointee will manage our ‘Out of Hours’ calls including Bank Holidays for all types of emergency repairs from our tenant's homes.
