Tender description

Choice Housing uses 3 Avaya IP Office 500 systems connected in a small community network, these need to be upgraded to version 9.1. The existing Voice-mail server and Contact Store will need to be upgraded, and 1-X portal will need to be installed. This tender covers 4 key elements: i. The upgrade of the current Avaya system over our 3 sites; ii. A 3 year support and maintenance package the Avaya system; iii. A replacement solution for the CCR; iv. A 3 year support and maintenance package for the new CCR.
