Targeted Centre based Youth services

Tender description

The provider will offer a range of positive activities and targeted interventions through centre based clubs. The provider will offer and focus on a menu of opportunities that are educational, challenging, varied in format and the content and where appropriate lead to accredited outcomes. These opportunities will be promoted through young person friendly media tools and be available to young people aged 13 to 19yrs and up to 25 years for young people with additional needs. The opportunities will include: • Focused/short term initiatives and targeted projects. • Targeted programmes and interventions The provision will focus on targeted activities and will include some of the following areas of work: • Emotional Health and Well-being, mentally fit and dealing with stress. • Reducing risk taking behaviour- substance and alcohol misuse, sexual health, anti-social behaviour • Health – looking after yourself, diet and lifestyle, keeping physically active.
