Tender description

A 2+1 year quarterly rolling, Welsh and English language bilingual survey (primarily telephone with some face to face interviews) of up to 24 000 individuals assisted by the ESF Programme in Wales. The ESF Participants Survey aims to provide WEFO and partner organisations with timely, robust data on the outcomes of up to 24 000 individuals assisted by the ESF Programme in Wales. A quarterly rolling telephone survey (with a relatively small number of face to face interviews to assist in achieving a representative sample for ‘harder to reach’ / vulnerable participants) will take a modular format to ensure maximum flexibility in responding to changing policy requirements. The contractor will provide quarterly and cumulative data sets, data summaries and annual technical reports. The contractor will be responsible for ensuring the Welsh Language is treated equally with the English Language as per the Welsh Language Standards.
