St Helens Council – Childrens Services Production of Life Books - Request for Quotation (RFQ)

Tender description

Production of Childrens Life Books (quantity 25). The successful Bidder will work with children, social workers, carers and prospective adoptive parents. The work will need to be undertaken on the premises of the successful Bidder who will need to have in place secure working procedures and policies for sharing and managing sensitive data. The successful Bidder will need to agree to any data sharing agreements from St Helens Council. The successful Bidder has to be an OFSTED registered adoption agency. The successful Bidder will commence work on the 18th July 2016 and will have completed production of all 25 Life Books by 17th November 2016. There is an immediate requirement that the first 5 Life Books are completed Within 5 weeks of the start date of 18th July 2016. The successful Bidder will design and produce the Life Books ensuring they are child friendly and are in both paper and electronic format. The anticipated value is £25K - £30k for the production of Childrens Life Books (quantity 25). Any quotations that exceed a price of £1k - £1.2k per Life Book will be excluded.
