Tender description

Derbyshire County Council wishes to hear from organisations willing to share information about their approach to providing an Activity Recording and Scheduling Solution; in particular those that have a solution with the following capabilities: — Uses mobile phones/hand-held devices and landlines; — Recording functionality, including shift working, individual client visits and visits for multiple clients at the same address; — Recording of tasks undertaken and outcomes met; — System alerts and warnings, including aborted visits and staff warnings; — Automated matching of commissioned against actual visits delivered; — Reconciliation of activity where clients have multiple providers, and several purchase orders. This will enable the Council to: — Better understand the market; — Explore what options can be supplied; — Consider the likely costs; — Explore the procurement routes; and — Determine the most effective way of scoping its requirements to improve efficiency and all aspects of service delivery. The soft market testing document is available to download for completion by interested organisations who register on the Council's electronic tendering system at www.eastmidstenders.org The applicable dates for this soft market testing exercise are as follows: Deadline for downloading soft market testing document: 17:00 on Friday 15.7.2016. Deadline for submission of questions: 11:00 on Tuesday, 19.7.2016. Answers to these questions will be provided by: 17:00 on Friday, 22.7.2016.
